Tarte Genie Metallic Shadow ($14.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a muted, grayish teal with cool undertones and a sparkling, frosted finish. The texture was looser and felt drier with larger sparkles that did not bind as well with the base color, so there was some fallout when I worked with it (even after tapping off excess on my brush). It had good color payoff and was fairly blendable on the skin. The eyeshadow wore nicely for seven hours on me.
