Urban Decay Time Vice Liquid LipstickUrban Decay Time Vice Liquid Lipstick ($18.00 for 0.17 fl. oz.) is a muted, medium-dark blue with a hint of purple and flecks of blue and violet sparkle. It's a really spectacular color--very unique--but the formula left something to be desired. The formula felt thinner, and it required some maneuvering to really get the color to go on evenly. Some of the color pulled into my lip lines, and my lips appeared drier as a result. It took about five minutes to dry down and remained a bit tacky for another hour or two. This shade lasted for five hours before larger chunks of color and sparkle started to flake off of my lips.
