Urban Decay Oatmilk Vice Hydrating Lipstick ($19.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a light-medium peach with moderate, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single stroke, which adhered evenly with very minimal product that settled into my deeper lip lines--not enough to be noticeable from a normal viewing distance, just the close-up photo.
It applied impressively well for how light the color was. The texture was lightly tacky on my lips, so while it had some initial slip, it didn't slide around during wear despite having a fair amount of shine. It stayed on nicely for four hours and was lightly moisturizing while worn.
