Urban Decay Pyro Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner ($20.00 for 0.25 oz.) is a clear base with multi-colored glitter that seemed to shift a bit. It had semi-sheer "coverage" in the form of glitter but it performed best layered over something more opaque (like another eyeliner). The eyeliner was thin, watery, but it spread fairly evenly in a single stroke. It wore well for nine hours with minimal fallout.
