How can I have neglected to review the single most life changing cosmetic product out there? I'm much older than most here and can well remember the time before there was any such thing as an eye shadow primer. About the only thing out there that lasted the way UDPP does was an "automatic eyeshadow" from Estee Lauder but all of those were tinted. They came in a tube with a doe foot type applicator, much like Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer or Nars Eyeshadow Base but they were coloured and frosty. I recall having a lovely purple one, a peachy one and a taupey brown one. Other than that, any powder eyeshadow I wore creased. It didn't matter what I used or what I did - after a few hours, it would all end up as a gross line in my crease. So for years, I rarely wore eyeshadow. Then, in the 90's some time (or perhaps a bit later), UDPP (the original) found its way into my life and it's been full speed ahead since then. I apply the tiniest amount of this onto my lids in the early morning and my eyeshadows are still fresh and uncreased when I remove my makeup at night. Many similar products are available to us all in the marketplace now, in all different price ranges and formulas and how lucky we are because UDPP and products like it have made wearing eyeshadow a pleasure. I also have this in Eden (great to use on its own or to mask red or bluish lids) and in Sin (ditto on wearing on its own and also to give MAC's Tempting and other Lustre shadows a bit of the boost they need.

I love love love this product. I have such oily eyelids, so the PPP is the only thing that can prevent them from looking greasy, and it makes my eye make up last for many hours (what doesn't happens without the PPP). I also love using it a little bit under my eyes when I'm using eyeshadow/eyeliner there, so it'll stay put as well. I will definitely repurchase this product as well as try the other shades.

This will forever be my go-to primer. I couldn't imagine going to anything else. the texture is thin and light which makes it easy to blend into the skin. It absorbs easily, so it isn't a mess when it comes to actually applying eyeshadow. It definitely makes your eyeshadows stay in place for hours. I am also of fan of finding multiple uses in one product, and with that, I've made this product a huge life saver of mine. If I'm ever in such a hurry that I get mascara on my face or mess up on my brows, just a little dot of primer is perfect to just rub over it. It will clear up whatever mess I made in just a few seconds, and then I will add a matte powder over it. It definitely saves me from those rushed morning time mistakes. I will continue to repurchase this product, as it is a lifesaver for me!

So I originally tried this when I got my Naked Palette and I've been hooked ever since. I just recently bought the full tube and although it is pricey I'm 100% ok with that. I love the stuff and will continue to buy it for as long as I wear eyeshadow.
