Urban Decay Spike Eyeshadow ($19.00 for 0.05 oz.) is a dark orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had intense pigmentation with a very smooth, velvety texture that wasn't too soft or too firm in the pan. I had no issues with fallout, but the eyeshadow was still perfectly blendable on the skin along the edges. It applied evenly and adhered for a solid eight hours to bare skin.
