Hatter is a bright, medium grass green with cooler undertones and a fine pearl over a matte finish. On the lid, it looked and acted like a matte finish, as I could not see the shimmer. The consistency was thinner, dustier, and prone to sheering out without some sort of primer underneath it. The color started to fade after seven hours on me.
