Golden Hour has a dirty, plummy-brown base with blue-to-green shifting sparkle with a more metallic finish overall. It had good coverage, but the color appeared a lot less intense and lighter applied than it did in the pan. It had a dense, smooth texture that had flatter, more fleck-like sparkle than chunky glitter. It wore well for eight hours but had slight fallout over time.
