Urban Decay Dreamweaver is a moderately warm-toned, dark taupe with a sparkle finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Naked Reloaded.

Dreamweaver is a medium, taupe-brown with subtle, warm undertones and flecks of silver micro-sparkle. It had good color coverage in a single layer, which applied better with a dampened brush, as this helped to semooth out the application and mitigate some of the fallout. I would advise using this with an adhesive base or primer to help keep the micro-glitter from raining down throughout the wear. The texture was drier and chunkier to the touch, and I did have fallout during application (even when I was careful) as I blended out the edges. It lasted for seven and a half hours but had moderate fallout over time.
