The formula is supposed to have "explosive color and rave worthy shine" that is "comfortable and plush on the lips." The pigmentation was semi-opaque to opaque, depending on shade, and most applied evenly. A few shades could have been more even, especially on the inner portion of my lips, but they were often sparkly enough that it was less noticeable in person than it could have been.
The texture varied from finer and smoother to slightly more textured (not sharp or painful to use, but a few shades were chocked full of larger glitter) but comfortable enough to apply and to wear.
