Too Faced Rock 'n' Roll Rock Candy Eyeshadow Palette ($36.00 for 0.39 oz.) includes nine eyeshadows; three are larger (0.07 oz. each) and six are smaller (0.03 oz. each). It's an Ulta-exclusive that launches on June 1st. Overall, it's a nice palette with smokier, darker shades (contrasted with three lighter shades) and good color payoff, decent wear, and soft textures. If you've used Too Faced's eyeshadows before, you'll be familiar with their slightly softer consistency and texture, which can sometimes be a bit powdery at times. With this type of texture, I would recommend using a primer underneath, as the color will adhere better and wear longer.
