Party Time is a bluish-teal shimmer layered over a blackened navy blue. It was semi-sheer, and it looked a lot different swatched than it did in the pan. I wasn't able to build up the color on the lid at all, unfortunately, so it tended to look faded and muted when applied. I had some fall out while I wore it, and it did crease slightly after eight hours of wear. Dior Cosmos (281) (P, $30.00) is darker, less iridescent. MAC Bleuluxe #3 (P) is similar.
