Holla for a Dolla is a blackened brown base with warm, olive undertones and flecks of gold and green shimmer. The eyeshadow was richly pigmented with a smooth, lightly dusty texture that was finely-milled and easily blended on the skin. It lasted for eight and a half hours on me but had a touch of fallout over time.
