Chill Out is a deep blue with strong, cool undertones and a sparkling, metallic finish. It had a denser, creamier consistency--more slip, felt silicone-heavy to the touch--and was a bit thicker than most of the other eyeshadows in the palette, though it did not seem too difficult to apply or blend out. It was best applied with a firmer, synthetic brush and pressed and gently pulled outward to blend/diffuse the edges (which is a technique I find to work with more silicone-heavy formulas). It wore well for eight hours and had a smidgen of fallout over time.
