Tom Ford Bicoastal Sheer Cheek Duo ($78.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a new, limited edition blush duo for summer that uses a wet/dry formula. According to the brand, the blush "can be applied wet for a soft veil of color" or "dry for a sweeping pop of vibrancy." Both shades were fairly pigmented applied dry, but both intensified and were much more opaque when applied damp. They were less blendable when applied with a damp brush (the darker shade was less forgiving). The wear dry was eight to eight and a half hours, and the wear damp was eight and a half hours (for both shades). Forgetting that it's supposed to be sheer when applied damp, it's a nice blush duo, and I think that for those who don't want to bother with damp application, the dry application is actually where the blushes shine best.
