Bicoastal (Top)

Bicoastal (Top) is a light-medium pink with a hint of warm, peach and a frosted sheen. Applied dry, it was mostly opaque with a very frosted sheen that was just shy of emphasizing pores. Applied damp, it was fully opaque (not a "soft veil of color") with a smoother sheen--it was actually less noticeably shimmery/luminous when applied damp. On me, it wore well for eight hours dry, eight and a half hours damp.
