Winter 2018 #4 is a deep, navy blue with strong, cool undertones and a metallic sheen. It had semi-opaque color payoff in a single layer when applied with a dry brush. I was able to get slightly richer coverage using a dampened brush, but it was harder to diffuse and blend out when I did so, as it wasn't the most blendable used dry to begin with. The texture felt a little drier to me and was more prone to dustiness in the pan. The color started to show signs of fading after seven and a half hours of wear.
