Supernouveau #3 is a medium-dark mauve with strong, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. The eyeshadow had good pigmentation initially, but it had a tendency to sheer out when applied to bare skin. The consistency was silky to the touch but had some dustiness in the pan. It stayed on nicely for seven hours before I noticed signs of fading.
