Tom Ford Beauty Soleil d'Hiver #1 is a very warm-toned, very light gold with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.
Soleil d'Hiver #1 is a light, golden peach with flecks of pink and gold sparkle over a more metallic finish. It had a much stiffer consistency than I've experienced previously with any of the more baked formulas by Tom Ford, and it didn't seem to soften or become more yielding with more usage.
It worked better with a dampened brush, as this seemed to pick up more product and yielded semi-opaque coverage rather than sheer to semi-sheer. Dry, I could build it up to medium coverage with enough sparkles reflecting that it didn't seem "sheer" (too similar to my skin tone to be as noticeably sheer to my eye). It applied evenly and blended out well with minimal fallout. This shade lasted well for eight hours with slight fading.
