Noir Fume #4 is a blackened, taupe-brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. It had excellent pigmentation in a single layer, while the texture was incredibly silky, sooth, and finely-milled without being powdery, so fallout wasn't an issue. The eyeshadow applied evenly and blended out effortlessly. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading a bit.
