Smoky Quartz #1 is a light, yellowy-brown with moderated, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. It wasn't a fully flat matte, but it didn't really have shimmer to it--the finish was "skin like." The texture was denser to the touch and felt more cream-like, but in practice, as soon as I put my brush to it, the product picked up like a powder and applied like one with full opacity and easy blending. It wore well for nine hours before showing signs of fading.
