Tom Ford Beauty Tiger Eye Eye Color Crème Eyeshadow Quad ($89.00 for 0.31 oz.) is a very warm-toned neutral quad that includes three shimmers and one more semi-matte shade. The quad features the brand's new cream-powder formula, which I found quite impressive (see formula overview below). All four eyeshadows were smooth, blendable, and pigmented while being long-wearing and easy to work with.
