Terra Moons X-ray Duochrome Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.05 oz.) has a transparent base full of pale, icy blue sparkle that shifted between blue and violet. The texture was soft, smooth, and more loosely-pressed, so there was excess product that kicked up in the pan and some fallout during application.
It was a shade that the brand said to use with a glitter adhesive, which I'd agree with, though most of the fallout was confined to application rather than during wear (when used dry)--I'd likely just use it with a dampened brush or an adhesive spray but not a full-on glitter primer (which I find is often harder to blend when using, so if I can skip it, I will). It had mostly opaque pigmentation that lasted well for eight hours with slight fallout over time.
