Tarte Adorbs Tarteist Lip Paint ($20.00 for 0.20 fl. oz.) is a neon, medium, fuchsia pink with cool, blue undertones and a satin finish. It had rich, opaque color coverage, and it is so bright that it really might require a pair of sunglasses! ;) The texture was a little thicker, more mousse-like, though not as dry as the thicker/most mousse-like shades in the range. It doesn't have as much of a shine as some shades, but it's not totally matte. The color lasted for six hours, but it does settle into lip lines.
