Glow (Tarteist)

Glow (Tarteist) is a light, ivory white with a pearly shimmer. It had semi-sheer coverage with a firmer consistency in the pan, which made getting product on a brush more challenging--I would recommend a flatter, denser brush to achieve visible coverage.
