Tarte Splatter is a very warm-toned, very light green with a metallic finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.

Splatter is a light-medium, pewter with warmer undertones and a frosted finish. It had an almost dirty, greenish-base and warmer, golden shimmer strewn throughout. The eyeshadow was soft, a touch drier and more powdery in the pan, but it applied well to bare skin and did not sheer out, though there was slight fallout. This shade stayed on well for eight hours on me.
