Tarte Create is a moderately warm-toned, light-medium duochrome with a metallic finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.

Create is a soft, light-medium plummy base with warmer, rosy undertones and cooler, blue-to-green shifting sparkle. It applied significantly lighter than it appeared in the pan as the base seemed to be rather strong and the shimmer more subdued, so the duochrome shift was less noticeable. The texture was soft, blendable, and easy to work with, though it was a touch soft in the pan. It lasted nicely for eight hours on me.
