Editor's Review

Charged Up is a subdued, medium-dark taupe brown with a frosted finish and warm undertones. The eyeshadow had good pigmentation with a soft, blendable texture that wasn't powdery or dry. On me, it started to fade after eight hours of wear. MAC Superwatt (LE, $21.00) is more shimmery. Clarins The Essentials #5 (LE, ) is warmer. Urban Decay Juju (LE, $20.00) is more shimmery, lighter.
