Embraced is described as a "plummy rose." It's a medium-dark, cool-toned berry pink with a frosted finish. It had great color payoff, though the texture of the powder was slightly powdery. The more shimmery finish did emphasize pores. The color lasted for eight and a half hours before fading. Clinique Plum Pop (04) (P, $21.00) is brighter, less shimmery.
