Majestic Breeze is a deep, blue-leaning teal with a mostly matte finish. There was a smattering of micro-shimmer in it, but it wasn't noticeable to my eye in person. The texture was soft, velvety, and substantial enough to yield opaque pigmentation and not sheer out too easily. It blended out without too much effort and stayed on well for eight and a half hours
