Blurry Blue #3 is a deep, faded blue-teal with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The pigmentation was fantastic, while the texture felt smooth and silky to the touch without being powdery (nor was it too firmly pressed in the pan). The eyeshadow blended out fairly well, but it seemed to darken a bit unevenly in places (I'd recommend using a primer with it). It wore well for eight hours on me before it started to wear down.
