Daystar (Deep) is a blackened brown with cooler undertones and a matte finish. It appeared warmer to my eye in the pan, but it was definitely deeper and cooler-toned in practice. The texture was smooth, silky, and firmer, though not stiff, and seemed to "melt" slightly when applied and blended out on my skin.
It had nearly opaque color payoff that could be built up to full coverage with less than a second layer. This shade lasted well for nine hours before fading noticeably.
