Rott #2 is a blackened brown with neutral-to-cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. There were very faint micro-shimmers visible in the close-up photo but not so much in practice. It was a much deeper take on the original Rott with better performance with respect to pigmentation and texture.
It had nearly opaque color coverage that was buildable to full coverage with a second layer. The texture felt more velvety, less powdery than the original, but it worked best applied in sheerer layers or else blending the edge wasn't as foolproof. This shade lasted well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
