Tulle is a light-medium peach with warm, orange undertones and a glittery finish. It was more like looser glitter than a standalone eyeshadow as it appeared to have no pigmentation other than the sparkle. The texture was very dry, loose, and came away like sugar granules. There was no wearing this alone--it applied with virtually no adhesion, so it was an exercise in frustration as I would pat it on and find it all underneath the lid instead.
