Fog is a muted, medium gray with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-sheer coverage with a very powdery, dusty consistency that was prone to fallout during application (even after tapping away excess!). It did not improve over a primer--the best use I could find for it was to diffuse a deeper shade so the lack of pigmentation was an asset rather than a detriment. This shade started to fade noticeably after six hours of wear.
