Sephora Rose Lip Last Matte Lipstick ($14.00 for 0.06 oz.) is a deep pink with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color coverage that applied evenly in a single layer with just a touch that settled into my deeper lip line (not enough to be noticeable in person).
The consistency was very smooth, creamy (without being "wet" but more like a melting, silicone-based primer) and comfortable to work with. It took awhile to set to its transfer-resistant, full-on matte finish, but once it did, it was fairly locked in place but still felt flexible and comfortable to wear. The color stayed on for over six hours and felt neither drying nor hydrating over time.
