Sephora x Jem and the Holograms Truly Outrageous Eyeshadow Palette ($39.00 for 0.44 oz.) is a set of twenty-four eyeshadows (they're pretty small, 0.0183 oz. each) with a few neutrals but mostly medium or darker brights and smoky hues. The texture of the eyeshadow formula, generally, was very soft but noticeably powdery; it is easy to kick-up excessive powder in the pan and some shades would sheer out noticeably when applied. Some shades applied nicely on the skin, while the longevity of the formula as a whole was shorter than average (between five and seven hours for me).
