Rescue Beauty Lounge Stormy Nail Lacquer ($18.00 for 0.40 fl. oz.) is described as "moody and mysterious dark gray." It's a dark, neutral gray; it looks a hint blue under really bright light but otherwise rather neutral on me (and typically, if there is blue, it becomes more obvious against my yellower skin tone). It's not quite cement gray; perhaps more like wet or damp cement. Illamasqua DWS is similar but a little lighter. Zoya's Dove is warmer and much lighter.
