She's So LA (Powder) is a muted, medium brown with subtle, warm rosy undertones and an ultra-fine pearl shimmer that gave it more of a satin finish. It had opaque color coverage, as described, which applied beautifully to bare skin: it blended out with ease and sat well with a skin-like finish. The consistency was smooth, velvety, and dense without being stiff nor was it too powdery.
The color lasted well for nine hours before fading a bit, though layering the cream on top shortened wear by a half hour--and the subtle sheen to the powder really didn't look that much dewier with the cream so pairing the two together didn't seem necessary!
