Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics St. Sebastian is a slightly cool-toned, medium-dark taupe with a metallic finish. It is a discontinued lipstick that retails for $17.00 and contains 0.14 oz.
OCC St. Sebastian Lip Tar/RTW ($17.00 for 0.14 fl. oz.) is a muted, medium-dark purplish taupe with cooler undertones and a metallic shimmer. It had mostly opaque coverage, but more of my natural lip color came through and amplified the purple tones as a result. The color went on evenly with very minimal color that settled into my deeper lip lines. The consistency was smooth, comfortable to wear, and easy to work with. This shade wore well for five and a half hours on me and was non-drying.
The formula is supposed to be "intensely pigmented" with "long-lasting, opaque coverage" with "moisturizing hemp and peppermint oils." The majority of shades are very pigmented where a little can go a long way, and they're a lot easier to apply from the tube now that they come with a doe-foot applicator. They are often long-wearing at over six hours, some lasting nearly eight hours, with some shades being slightly drying and others being non-drying. They are mint-scented but have no discernible taste.
Long-lasting, opaque coverage that you've been searching for with moisturizing hemp + peppermint oils to keep your lips feeling as good as they look. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics is a revolutionary makeup brand that offers beautiful, high quality products that are completely vegan and cruelty free.
