Natasha Denona Circo Loco 15-Pan Eyeshadow Palette ($129.00 for 1.2 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette that included six matte eyeshadows and nine shimmer eyeshadows. The palette performed consistently with the brand's formula over the last couple of years: very pigmented, smooth and creamy textures, blendable, and easy to work with.
There were no real duds in the palette; the weakest shade was Magic, a matte purple, but that was buildable, fairly blendable, and very workable. The brand's more metallic formula is usually a pleasure to use, and that was very much true with this palette! I wish the brand would forego the $129 palette format and just offer the $65 midi form, which is still plenty of product per shade.
