NARS All That Glitters Light Reflecting Cheek Palette ($60.00 for 0.60 oz.) is a new, limited edition cheek palette that included six shades with varying levels of shimmer but all had some sheen to them. The formula was a gel-powder-based blush, which meant that they felt firm to the touch but picked up well with a moderately-dense brush and had a "melted" effect on skin that gave it a more seamless result. All six shades were similar in feel and application, and the biggest "con" of the palette was that it was more pigmented than marketed, but the firmness of the powder makes it easy to control the pickup if one prefers sheerer application.
