NABLA Cosmetics REM is a very cool-toned, medium purple with a glitter finish. It is a glitter that is permanent in this palette: Dreamy II.

REM is a medium purple with subtle, cooler undertones and cooler lavender and purple glitter throughout. It contained plastic glitter particles, though they were finer than the average pressed glitter these days, and there was some pigment from a base color, too. It had sheerer coverage and had to really be backed on or applied with a dampened brush to get to fuller coverage. It could have been more blendable and easier to pick up with a brush. There was some fallout during application as well as over the eight hours it wore decently for.
