Craving is a medium purple with subtle, warm undertones and a frosted finish. The consistency was more loosely-pressed, which gave the eyeshadow a drier, almost grainy feel and a fair amount of fallout when applied to my lid. It had good pigmentation but worked best with fingertips or a dampened brush, which helped keep the pigment on my lid instead of underneath my eye. It lasted well for seven and a half hours before it started to fade on me.
