NABLA Cosmetics Side by Side Eyeshadow Palette ($45.00 for 0.39 oz.) is a new(ish) 16-pan eyeshadow palette that included a mix of mattes and shimmers, though it had more mattes than shimmers. The first three rows were warmer-toned, while the last row was a bit cooler in tone. The quality was decent--some of the mattes were a little powdery and needed to be built up in coverage but the palette was easy to work with overall.
