Milani Sun Tan (03) Silky Matte Bronzing Powder ($9.99 for 0.34 oz.) is a medium, reddish-brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, velvety consistency that wasn't powdery nor too firmly-pressed in the pan. It was supposed to be buildable, though, and it took an extremely light hand and a feathery brush to achieve more buildable coverage if preferred. The color applied fairly evenly to bare skin, but between the richness in powder and finish, it darkened slightly and adhered more readily to my skin, which made it harder to diffuse and blend out seamlessly. It was better applied over matte foundation or just-set complexion products. It lasted for eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.
