Melt Cosmetics Peaches and Cream SexFoil Liquid Highlighter ($39.00 for 1.01 oz.) is a medium copper with moderate, warm orange undertones and a fine, pearlized sheen. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation that applied well over bare skin, on top of foundation, or all-over the body.
The consistency was lightweight, very fluid, and more gel-like--it was almost runny but more substantial than a truly watery base would have been. I did find that it was easier to give the product some time to "dry" on the back of my hand before using a brush to apply it to my cheekbones or else it had a tendency to spread and sheer out too much when getting an even layer of product. For applying all-over the body, it wasn't an issue as one pump (or more) was necessary and was spread over a significantly larger area than one's cheekbone!
It dried down to a more powder-like finish, so it had some room to blend out after it had dried down, and it wasn't as transfer-resistant as marketed. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading a bit.
