Papel Picado is a bright, chartreuse green with warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was drier, moderately powdery, and almost chalk-like, which was particularly noticeable when applied to bare skin and I attempted to blend it out as it emphasized my skin's natural texture. It had good color coverage but sheered out when applied and yielded some fallout. The color stayed on decently for seven hours before fading visibly.
