Mexicana is a rich, tomato red with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had intense pigmentation with a slightly drier, more powdery texture, though I didn't feel like the application was really impeded by that. It applied well to bare skin and blended out without much effort. The color showed signs of fading after eight and a half hours of wear.
