Erode is a rich, tangerine orange with strong, warm yellow undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which applied evenly to bare skin and blended out without difficulty. The texture was smooth, velvety, and substantial without being too powdery. It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours and left a faint stain behind after removal.
